Renovation of a fire / police facility in Erwin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Unit cost and installation of: - 16 wide X 1-1/2 lock standing seam metal roof panels. - Secure new standing seam roof panels with galvanized screws and concealed within the seam of 24 centers. - Furnish and install all flashing around the perimeter and penetrations by standard specifications and details. - Match color of panels to what is currently there. - Panel distance from the wall at the bottom cannot exceed the distance it is currently at. If distance width of panel to wall can be closer than that would be preferred. All parts, labor, equipment, supplies and services as necessary to remove existing Mansard Wall and install new Mansard Wall at Erwin Fire Hall as per the attached specifications which are an integral part of this bid.
