For Commissioning Services Lake Elementary School, Cameron/Collins Elementary School Project The WEST CONTRA COSTA Unified School District is requesting submission of statement of qualifications and a proposal from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to perform commissioning services. Through this Request for Statement of Qualifications and Proposals, the District intends to: Choose multiple Firms that respond to this RFQ/P to include in its pool of qualified Firms. Select one (1) firm to perform commissioning services for each of the District's Projects: Lake Elementary School Campus Replacement Project, Cameron and Collins Elementary School Critical Needs Project The District is authorized by Section 53060 of the California Government Code to contract with and employ any persons for the furnishing of special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal or administrative matters, if those persons are specially trained and experienced and competent to perform the special services required. The inclusion in the pool and the award of the Project will be subject to the District's Board's approval. Firms wishing to submit a Response must be appropriately certified, licensed, insured, and must maintain a full-service office within seventy-five (75) miles of the District. Questions. Firms are not to contact any other District personnel directly with inquiries regarding this RFQ/P The contract price for construction is $6,204,000 for Collins Elementary School Critical Needs Project. The District expects the successful commissioning consulting firm to provide all services through the construction phase through construction closeout.
