The City is seeking the services of a firm, partnership, joint venture or team to guide a visioning process and produce a comprehensive downtown strategic plan with integrated master plan for the development of a new town center, any additional proposed redevelopment areas, and other projects or activities associated with a final work plan outlining community transformational strategies to begin implementation in 2024. Plan ultimate intent seeks to unify the existing historic downtown with newly developed public spaces east of downtown, increase walkability, as well as strengthen overall City social and economic vitality. Anticipated Award Date: March 6th, 2023 at the City Council Meeting. The City of Dawsonville reserves the right to reject all proposals submitted. All proposals are public records to the extent required by the Georgia Open Records Act.
