The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of the Facilities Management, is soliciting quotations for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) filters - pleated and rigid type as detailed in this RFQ. Bidders are encouraged to submit their best price initially as County may award without negotiations. Usage are based on historic ordering and quantities are not guaranteed for future orders. If a type of filter has no order history, the quantity will be noted a 1 in order to determine a unit cost. Bidder may provide quantity order discounts and the additional information should be uploaded to the General Documents section of the response page. Unit of measure (Each) is estimated total annual usage. (ie: 1 filter ordered each month = 12 filters annually) Freight charges will be allowed during the contract period on a per order basis. Department representatives may call to request freight quotes prior to ordering or orders may be processed on a "prepaid and add" basis. ALL deliveries will be FOB Destination. Delivery locations will be throughout the County as requested by using departments. SAMPLES OF FILTERS MAY BE REQUESTED BY COUNTY END USERS DURING THE EVALUATION PHASE PRIOR TO AWARD. Bidders will be notified of a request for sample, if needed, after bid closing and prior to an award offering. The period of performance shall be for five (5) year(s) with the completion date of 6/30/2028, unless terminated earlier, with no obligation by the County of Riverside to purchase any specified amount of goods or services
