Notice is hereby given that METRO Regional Transit Authority (METRO) is requesting proposals for: Bus Stop Signs. Any questions should be submitted by emailing bids@akronmetro.org prior to January 16, 2023. please put IFB #2022-13 on the subject line. In connection with the carrying out of this project, the Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, or handicap. All Offerors are certifying that they are not debarred or suspended by the Federal Government by signing the proposal page. METRO reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to re-advertise for proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal and to determine the most responsive proposal by its own criteria, as described within the specification. METRO further advises prospective Offerors that all proposals must be filed on the forms provided by the Authority and that all proposals must be clearly marked on the lower left side of the outermost envelope with the words, ATTN: IFB# 2022-13.
