Every question and request for an interpretation, outside of the Pre-bid conference, shall be made in writing to the City's Purchasing Division. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids will be given consideration. The project entails site work on property owned by the City of Lakewood. Site work consists of erosion and sediment control, demolition and removal of existing improvements, earthwork, grading, cast in place concrete work, structure installation, irrigation system, planting, sodding, mulching, site furnishings, playground equipment & engineered wood fiber installation
