Asphalt will be milled 4- inches and overlaid with 4 or 5 inches of asphalt. Single pass asphaltic mill & overlay on ramps and between the ramps at the STH 23/82 interchange and CTH D interchange. Replace concrete pavement on CTH E/J between the ramps. Repair concrete joints on the ramps and between the ramps at the STH 23 interchange; and on the ramps at the CTH E/J interchange. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultants estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
