Solicitation ID: BTS-03 County :State Wide Limit : Statewide Anticipated Construction Cost: $0-$99,999 WisDOT requires assistance performing soil testing. Perform soil and rock testing at the consultant's lab following standards: AASHTO R58, T88, T100, T208, T216, T236, T267, T289, T296, T297, T311, and ASTM D2487, D7012, D5084. Each test must be completed and reported within one month after receiving the soil/rock samples. Provide a project manager (Wisconsin Professional Engineer required) to work approximately 5-10 hours per week and may work remotely. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.50 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultants actual indirect rate. Interviews will not be conducted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Wis DOT - RFQ- Soil/Rock Testing *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
