The City of Blue Springs will accept separate sealed bids from qualified contractors interested in the following work: Facilities Sanitation Park Restroom and Janitorial Services The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in the bid, and to select the bid deemed most advantageous to the City. No offeror may withdraw his bid for a period of (60) sixty days after the date of opening. Selected contractor will be required to be a registered business with the Missouri Secretary of State, obtain a City of Blue Springs Business License, provide proof of E-Verify documentation and provide Certificate of Insurance listing the City of Blue Springs as additional insured.
