As part of this RFP, HVT is looking for an audio solutions and services company to provide the services listed below. In all cases, the provider should follow best-practice design as indicated by the chosen equipment manufacturer. Audio System Design and Installation - The provider must install audio equipment in a multi-location environment to provide audio services. Paging - Solution should provide the ability to page across either the whole or a subset of speakers according to the speaker's building location. Music - Solution should be capable of taking an input such as Spotify for Business to play music throughout either a subset or the entirety of the system. 1:1 Paging - System should provide an office - maintenance bay paging system that can be operated separately from the other paging solution Automated Messaging - System should be capable of scheduling recorded messages to play back at a specified future time. Ethernet Integration - System should integrate with the IP based network to provide management and interaction with the platform. Configuration Backup - The provider should maintain a backup of all system configurations in case of disaster recovery scenario. Warranty - Provider should support equipment for a minimum of one year after the completed installation in case of malfunction. Vendor Management - The provider should interface with the vendors for equipment installed on site and manage all tickets related to the vendors on behalf of HVTA for the duration of the installation and warranty period. Scalability - The provider must be able to offer a model where scaling up or down from a systems and cost perspective is simple and nimble. Repairs - The provider should repair all defective equipment included within the scope of work.
