The Town of West Hartford requests proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide an update to the Town's Bicycle Facility Plan (Plan) and complete a Public Roadway Safety Study (Study). The term of the contract pursuant to this solicitation shall be completed within six (6) months from the date of award. All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted no later than January 20, 2023, to: Tammy Bradley via e-mail: TammyB@westhartfordct.gov. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals submitted. The Town also reserves the right to negotiate the cost of this proposal and to award the work to any Consultant other than the Consultant with the lowest cost, if it is in the best interest of the Town. A pre-bid conference will be held via WebEx at which time questions concerning the project will be answered. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting as this will be the only opportunity to verbalize questions relative to this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
