The County of Ottawa, on behalf of Environmental Health, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the recycling of household electronic waste. The awarded vendor shall have the capacity to provide collection, load, transport, and recycling services for E-waste, as described in the scope of work. The awarded vendor will be responsible to provide these services monthly or as needed depending on the most cost-effective method at the four (4) County-specified collection sites (Exhibits A & B). It is Ottawa County's intention to award an agreement for three (3) years with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional 12-month terms, if in the interest of both parties.
