For Professional Engineering Consultant services, Water System and Water System Analysis for the Revitalization of Water Systems in Select Regions Arkansas Department of Agri culture, Natural Resources Division is soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional Engineering design services as defined by the TSS Division of Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria (MSC) for Professional Engineering Consultant services for Water System and Water System Analysis for the Revitalization of Water Systems in Select Regions throughout Arkansas. oDevelopment and preparation of a system analysis for financial and managerial capacity, oReview of the Assistance for Small and Disadvantaged grant award and work plan for implementation of studies in selected areas. oDetermine if select public water systems would benefit from regionalization or consolidation in order to develop the ability to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable national primary and secondary drinking water regulations to attain a state of self-sufficiency oDevelopment of new studies for areas identified by the State as requiring new study. oDevelopment of workplan results for EPA Small and Disadvantaged grant award. oEducation and outreach to potential stakeholders A detailed request for qualifications (RFQ) package will be provided to interested parties outlining the submittal requirements and selection methodology. Responses received for this RFQ will be used to screen prospective consultants and select finalist for interview in accordance with the MSC. The Agency reserves the right to award one or more contracts under this solicitation and to negotiate fees on a percentage basis, lump sum basis or an hourly not-to-exceed basis on individual project assignments as appropriate for the contemplated work.
