Work under Base Bid to include the complete demolition of existing carpet, wall base, and all associated items as required for installation of new flooring. New Work to include the installation of approximately 31,000 total SF of new 24x24 carpet tiles, rubber cove base, and all other associated materials throughout the high school in approximately 44 individual spaces. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in the bidding process.
