Renovation of a manufacturing facility in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a manufacturing facility.

CBDG CV 2020 - FOOD BANK ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS The project involves the following: - Installation of a new 400-amp, single phase, 120/240-volt electrical service with a Class 320 self-contained meter base and 54 circuit panel with grounding and bonding as required by code. - Extend/re-route circuits from existing 200-amp panel to new 400 amp panel. - Demo of existing 200-amp service after new service is energized. - Installation of a new 125-amp, single phase, 120/240-volt, 24 circuit sub-panel in the pantry with a new feeder from the 400-amp electrical panel. - Installation of (2) new 30-amp, 120/240-volt circuits with disconnects for commercial refrigerator/freezer from new sub- panel. - and all materials, labor and equipment necessary for a complete installation. This is a LUMP SUM price bid. The contractor is responsible for the development of the quantities required to provide a complete project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply to this contract. MBE/WBE requirements are per CBDG grant requirements. Contractor must have a DUNS number and registered with portal prior to placing a bid. Refer to Special Conditions, Federal Requirements, Paragraph 21 for additional requirements.
