Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in McAllen, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project consist of removing and delivering the existing tollbooth to the owner, remove all cables except TRMI, raise the foundation per structural design, install the new tollbooth, and extend all existing cables except TRMI cables. A Bidder's Bond from a reliable surety company licensed to operate in the State of Texas or certified Cashier's Check, (Bid Security) payable without recourse to the City of McAllen, for the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted via a sealed envelope as a guaranty that if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of McAllen. The Bidder's bid security shall be submitted before the above-mentioned electronic bid opening date and time. Failure to submit the bid security shall be grounds for disqualification.
