All the com-ponents mentioned in this solicitation are CapMetro s currently adopted standards for the Existing MetroRapid Shelters lines 801 and 803, or equivalent. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) whose bid conforms to the solicitation.
