Questions Due Date: Jan 25th 2023, 4:00 PM CST Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 17th 2023, 4:00 PM CDT RFP 114309 Metra Electric District Millennium 4th Track Project - Track and Signal Upgrades Work shall generally be performed at the Consultant's place(s) of business and at various locations within the six county Metra region. Status/coordination meetings may take place at Metra's office at 547 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60661 or virtually. This project shall provide for the upgrading of: A. Modifications at existing Randolph St. Interlocking (MP 0.10). B. Removal of existing intermediate signals (MP 0.62 and MP 0.64). C. A new Metra Interlocking, Monroe St. Interlocking (MP 0.60), and southbound exit intermediate signals directly adjacent to the south of existing Randolph St. Interlocking. D. Removal of the existing intermediate signals (MP 1.10). E. A new Metra interlock Control Point (CP), CP Congress (MP 1.10), and northbound exit intermediate signals located directly adjacent to the north of existing CP 11th Place. F. Modifications at existing CP 11th Place (MP 1.32). G. Modifications to the existing intermediate signal locations (MP 1.54, MP 1.69, MP 1.85) south of existing CP 11th Place.
