This project will be using a NYS EFC WIIA Grant and SRF Loan. Compliance with the NYS EFC Mandatory State Revolving Fund Terms and Conditions (For projects funded with NYS Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Effective November 1, 2021) will be required and include a 20% MWBE participation goal and American Iron and Steel requirements. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
