Houston Public Works is requesting bids for 30 each 4-section louvered, traffic signal back for EAGLE signal, 12 INCH, aluminum, Mobotrex Eagle BPA504ANL or City of Houston Approved Equal, as per technical specifications listed below. A purchase order will be awarded based on best value to the City of Houston, both price and delivery lead time will be considered when awarding this solicitation. Please include delivery lead time with all submissions. Submitted bid must be per unit pricing. All shipping, handling and/or freight charges must be included in bid pricing. Delivery Zip Code: 77007. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM and 3:30PM C.S.T. (except City of Houston approved holidays). All delivered good must be brought to the back of the delivery vehicle for offloading. City of Houston personnel are not allowed in or on any non-City of Houston vehicles. Forklifts and pallets jacks are available, if required. Contractor shall submit invoices for payment by e-amil (electronic mail) to finaccountspayable@houstontx.gov on Contractor's company stationary with the original signed by an authorized agent of the company. The invoice number shall not be duplicated during the term of the contract.
