All shipping, handling and/or freight charges must be included in bid pricing.

Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00AM and 3:30PM C.S.T. (except City of Houston approved holidays).
All delivered good must be brought to the back of the delivery vehicle for offloading. City of Houston personnel are not allowed in or on any non-City of Houston vehicles.
Forklifts and pallets jacks are available, if required. Contractor shall submit invoices for payment by e-amil (electronic mail) to finaccountspayable@houstontx.gov on Contractor's company stationary with the original signed by an authorized agent of the company. The invoice number shall not be duplicated during the term of the contract.
