Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Otselic, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

K-12 Building (SED #08-14-01-04-0-001-023) - P.O. Box 161, 125 County Road 13A, South Otselic, NY 13155 & (SED #08-14-01-04-0-001-025) This includes all GC work. This includes all MC and EC work. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested but not required. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held to answer questions that may arise during the bidding period. The meeting will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 and will begin at the Elementary Cafeteria (Mirrored Cafeteria), 125 County Road 13A, South Otselic, New York 13155. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to King + King Architects and Capital Projects Construction Management. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan & Print website for a nonrefundable cost of $35. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13211, phone number 315.437.5111, fax number 315.463.1510 upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $35 plus $15.00 for shipping & handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to Plan & Print Systems, Inc. K-12 Building: a. General Construction Work: Includes temporary protection of Owner's property, materials, and equipment; demolition; construction of (2) guidance office conference rooms, closet, ceilings, wood refinishing, painting, drywall, insulation, all roof flashing, roof openings, wood support for HVAC curbs and utility curbs, doors, frames, security film, and door hardware; and all other General Construction work as indicated on Drawings and Specifications, plus all GC work supporting other trades. b. HVAC Work: Includes temporary protection of Owner's property, materials, and equipment; demolition; all HVAC improvements for guidance conference rooms project area; all control work (Siemens' parts, labor, programming, and testing); all HVAC roof and utility curbs; and all other HVAC supporting other trades and all other HVAC work as indicated on Drawings and Specifications. c. Electrical Work: Includes temporary protection of Owner's property, materials, and equipment; demolition; all electrical improvements for guidance conference rooms project area; lighting; Cat6 data work; fire alarm modifications and related electrical shutdown of HVAC equipment; electrical support to other trades; and all other electrical work as indicated on Drawings and Specifications.
