The Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority (The Authority) hereby requests written bids for Commonly Used Water Service, Water Main Repair and Maintenance, Meter Setting, and Sewer Materials which shall meet the minimum requirements as described within the following pages. Questions are to be directed in writing to the Procurement Contact, Peter DiBenedetto, by Fax at 315-986-1687 or E-mail to pdibenedetto@wcwsa.org no later than Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid it considers in the best interest of the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority. All questions should be directed to Peter DiBenedetto at the Authority office. The Authority is seeking prices for a partial-year contract, expiring Friday, June 30, 2023. It is the intent of this bid to provide the Authority with organized procurement of common materials used over this period. The Authority has made the best reasonable effort to estimate its use of these materials, but may exceed the number specified or fail to purchase the number of items specified. All material will be ordered on an as-needed basis.
