Renovation of an educational facility in Brisbane, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**The Glazing and HVAC packages ARE NOT part of this scope.** Landmark has been selected to deliver this lease-leaseback project, Brisbane ES & Panorama ES Modernization 2023 Summer Work for our valued customer, Brisbane School District. The scope of this bid is modernization of the existing campuses: Brisbane ES and Panorama ES. Brisbane ES is the modernization of first floor Wing A, B,C, second floor Wing A and C. Panorama ES is the modernization of Classroom Wings A, B and C Project is anticipated to start 6/16/2023 with completion by 8/23/2023. We are willing to assist qualified DVBE firms in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance. This project requires the use of a skilled and trained workforce per the Education Code section 17407.5 as defined by the public contract code section 2601, by subcontractors at every tier, to perform work which falls within an apprenticeable occupation. Labor code section 1725.5 requires all contractors and subcontractors to be registered with Department of Industrial Relations. Landmark is willing to break down work items into economically feasible units to facilitate DVBE participation. All RFIs and bids will be received at the Landmark main office via email at frontdesk@landmarkconst.net , attention Estimating. Do not contact the District or Architect directly regarding this project.
