Question Deadline 01/16/2023 at 10:00 AM ET The City of Miami Beach Facilities and Fleet Management Department requests your quote to renovate the existing loading dock at the Citys Public Works Yard located at 452 Dade Blvd. FAILURE TO SUBMIT THE MOST RECENT COMPLETED AND EXECUTED BID PRICE FORM (EITHER INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL ITQ OR RELEASED VIA AN ADDENDUM) SHALL RESULT IN BID BEING DEEMED NOT RESPONSIVE AND NOT BEING FURTHER CONSIDERED. o Repair all fixed and removable railings. o Remove anchoring for fixed railings, straighten structure, reweld post and install new cover plates. Reinstall using high strength concrete. o Remove anchoring and existing pocket for removable railings. Straighten structure and install new pockets with high strength concrete. o Replace existing bumpers and install new bumpers where missing along the loading dock, approximately 200 linear feet. o Patch and paint the dock wall to match existing colors: - Green Sprout: SW 7728 - Sprout: SW 6427
