Site work for a mixed-use development in Buford, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
This contract is for the stabilization of shoreline along Lake Lanier. This project shall consist of the following tasks: 1. Hole 12: Maintenance of the shore near the green of the 12th hole on the golf course. Approximately 65LF of Type III Stabilization in one location and 345LF of Type IV stabilization in two locations. 2. Hole 13: Maintenance of the shore along the entire length of the 13th hole on the golf course. Approximately 915LF of Type I stabilization. 3. Hole 15: Maintenance of the shore near the green of the 15th hole on the golf course. Approximately 250LF of Type III stabilization. This project will need to follow all erosion control regulations and guidelines. Any excess material generated by this project will be wasted at a location on the Island to be designated by the Owner.
