**As of April 3, 2023. project was awarded to Advanced American Construction, Inc. for $6,796,557.90.** The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) Public Works Engineering is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants to provide Construction Management Services for the City's Wastewater Treatment Improvements Project - Phase 2. The 21237A portion of the project consists of improvements and modifications to the City's existing municipal wastewater treatment facility. The 21237B portion of the project consists of improvements and modifications necessary for the construction of approximately 1,600 linear feet of new 42-inch diameter HDPE DR 17 outfall piping and installation of a multiport diffuser of which 1,250 linear feet will be constructed within the Columbia River. The City of Pasco, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
