The purpose of the following scope of work is to update the 2013 IWSP by incorporating innovative technologies and new approaches to water supply planning, as well as identifying the implications of changes in political climate, permitting requirements, growing regional partnerships and other factors since 2013. The ultimate goal of this project is to develop a robust portfolio of water supply options for TRWD with the greatest potential benefit for water supply reliability. The portfolio will also have the ability to adapt as necessary to changing conditions within TRWD's service area that occur due to the numerous uncertainties which affect water demand and water supply options. The deadline to ask questions is 1/13/2023 5:00 PM CST Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Response to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the website by the District for the benefit of all bidders. A response will be given for questions submitted by end of day January 13, 2023. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
