Each Quoter must complete boxes 30a., 30b., and 30c., of this SF-1449 and include it with the Quoter's Quotation. Therefore, a binding official within the Quoter's business must sign/date the SF-1449 and the signed/dated SF-1449 must be submitted with the Quoter's Quotation. Also, for any amendment to this solicitation issued, each Quoter must acknowledge.
