Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Demolition of the Masonic Schoolhouse on the RS Gass Complex in Nashville and grounds restoration. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. Bidders shall submit questions about Bidding Documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by Addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications. When filling out the Bid Form and the blank spaces on the face of the Bid Envelope for submission, Bidder must in all instances list its name exactly the same as it is shown on its applicable license as maintained by the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors, and any failure to strictly abide by this requirement can result in a determination that the bid received was submitted by an unlicensed contractor
