Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Station No. 5 Abandon in place existing PRV 5 via replacement with spool piece Construct new PRV 5 at the intersection of 150th St. W and Judicial Rd. consisting of a vault and 12-inch PRV and appurtenances Add new piping and valves at the intersection of 150th St. W and Judicial Rd. to complete the installation of PRV 5 The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City.
