Millerdale Avenue Irrigation Canal Bridge Project, Federal Aid Project No. Bhm-5808(001), City of Wenatchee Project No. 2213 The Major Items of Work Include: The Replacement of the Existing Bridge and Construction of a New Precast Girder and Cast in Place Bridge Structure and Approach Slabs on Grade. Other Work Includes, but is Not Limited to, New Bridge Rail Barrier, Canal Retaining Wall and Liner Removal and Restoration, Removal of Existing Hma Pavement, Curbs and Gutters, Sidewalks, Driveway Entrances, Regrading of Existing Roadway Profiles, Construction of New Driveway Entrances, Curbs and Gutters, Sidewalks, Sidewalk Curb Ramps, Storm Piping and Structures, Sanitary Sewer Piping and Structures, Water Main Installation, Hma Pavement, Permanent Signage, Mailbox Relocation, Property Restoration, Pavement Marking, Temporary Traffic Control, and Other Items of Work All in Accordance With the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, Current City of Wenatchee Public Works Pre-approved Plans and Policies, 2026 Wsdot Standard Specifications, and the Accessibility Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-way ("Prowag") Published in the Federal Register August 8, 2023. The Project Includes Three Schedules of Work. Time for Completion of the Work is Limited to *110* Working Days. The Project is Funded With Federal Funds. All Work Performed on the Project Will Be Subject to Federal and State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Higher of the Federal and State Wage Rates Will Apply. All Work Performed on This Project Will Be Subject to the Davis-bacon Act. Each Bid Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Proposal Deposit in Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Postal Money Order, or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to the City of Wenatchee. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Such Contract and Furnish Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Proposal Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Wenatchee.
