This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing & Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Unit Refresh as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for a Unit Refresh for one single-family unit of 3 bedroom within a town House of 72-78 Brandon Cres, Thompson. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Interior and Exterior Renovation including electrical, mechanical and fire life safety works. Work site location will not be occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner's representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
