The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. -Demolition and removal/discarding of existing equipment. Existing supply/return air ductwork to remain and to be modified as required for new tie-in. -New 7.5 ton, two stage, air cooled heat pump with all associated electrical and refrigerant piping. Air cooled condensing unit to be installed on concrete flat work northeast of the building. Field verify exact location with owner. -Remove existing geo-thermal piping back to manual isolation valves. -Connect to existing outside air duct and provide new motorized damper. -Modify existing Siemens control system as required. Provide new space sensor in existing location. -Field coordinate all electrical work required. Reuse all feeders, conduits, disconnectswhere possible for AH. Replace breakers, fuses, etc. as required -For ground mounted AC, provide new 30A disconnect with #10 wire, 30A fuses from nearest available source with new 30A 3 pole breaker in an existing 480V panel. -Contact Complete System Balance for test and balance services. -Provide new copper condensate piping and p-trap and tie-in to existing condensate piping. Insulate and protect piping with PVC wrap. -Provide new bipolar ionizer, installed into existing supply ductwork. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
