This Project Contract is Subject to Davis-bacon Act Wages. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents. This notice is posted at the Facilities Planning electronically. A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these projects shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids.
