No Bids Received Work consists of, but is not limited to, pool renovations as indicated in the plan and specifications Project Identification: Pool Resurface & Renovation 1. Project Location: Argyle Apartments, 2517 South 316 th Lane, Federal Way, WA 98003. B. The Work consists of, but is not limited to, pool renovations as indicated in the plan and specifications and includes the following: 1. Demolition and offsite disposal of concrete pool deck, co ping, tiles, pool plaster, main drain covers and light fixture 2. Remove and store hand rails for reinstallation 3. Remove and replace security fencing including two secure gates. 4. Test all pool functions prior to pouring concrete deck to insure there are no leaks or damaged lines. 5. Furnish and install new concrete pool deck with 2'x2'saw cuts, strip drain, and accessories as required. 6. Connect strip drain system to existing sanitary sewer. 7. Install new coping, pool plaster and tiles, and skimmers access with covers. 8. Install new second main pool drain and connect to existing drains. 9. Furnish and install new main drain covers 10. Install new pool light fixture 11. Furnish and install new depth and "no diving" tiles 12. Furnish and install new tile band at water line below coping. 13. Reinstall all hand rails 14. Remove and dispose of abandoned pool heater, and install extended combustion waste vent from existing pool heater. 15. Recommissioning of finished pool 16. Final cleanup and removal of all materials, waste, tools, etc
