The City of Flagstaff (City) is seeking to hire a Bidder or Bidders for Crushing of Concrete-Inert Waste Mix Stockpile at Cinder Lake Landfill as defined in this Invitation for Bids solicitation document (IFB or Solicitation). The Bidder shall submit the bid as a Lump Sum bid.The Contractor shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities required to perform all work for the project described as the Crushing of Concrete-Inert Waste Mix Stockpile in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the City and under the direction and supervision of the Landfill Project Manager. Set up of equipment and the processing/crushing operation shall be coordinated with the Landfill Project Manager or delegate. The project shall be set up or operated in a designated location which will not interfere with daily operations of the Landfill Operation. The Bid shall not exceed a total of 20 pages, except the Cover, Cover Letter, and City Forms will not be counted in the page limit. Any pages attached to the City Forms shall be counted toward the page limit. The City may reject a Bid that exceeds the page limit as nonresponsive.
