The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide signal poles and mast arms, component parts furnished will be in accordance with the terms and requirements as set forth in the specifications. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, or cashiers or certified check, made payable to the ACHD in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. The successful bidder will also be required to provide 100% Supply Bond. ACHD reserves the right to reject all bids or reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. Question Deadline 01/11/2023 at 4:30 PM MT All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation To Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing.
