If you are interested in receiving updates on this solicitation, please send your contact email address to Ms. Courtney Eddington at CEddington@panynj.gov. The purpose of this notice is to provide early awareness of this impending RFP. This notice is being issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The following information provides background information for the intended RFP as well as high level view of the expected Scope of Services. The Outerbridge Crossing (OBX) is a steel thru truss bridge that carries four (4) lanes of New York/New Jersey 440 across the Arthur Kill between Perth Amboy, New Jersey and Staten Island, New York.
