The NYS Office of Mental Health and Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration at Rockland Psychiatric Center located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. The HVAC equipment is controlled and monitored by the Delta ORCA View Building Management System (BMS) and a Johnson Controls Inc. Metasys Building Management System (BMS), in the Central Utilities Plant (CUP), which are covered under a separate facility contract and maintained by another contractor. The HVAC CONTRACTOR will need to communicate and coordinate any BMS issues with the FACILITY and BMS CONTRACTOR. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, January 19, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB.
