The Town of Abington as the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids to renovate existing office space in the Abington Town Hall. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with MGL, c 149 A Bid Package and specifications are available at the Town Managers Office, 500 Gliniewicz Way, Abington, MA 02351 or by request e-mail to SLambiase@Abingtonma.gov on or after All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretation of the Instruction to Bidders, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, or any other matter pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Town Manager, Scott Lambiase at SLambiase@Abingtonma.gov and must be in his possession not later than Five (5) business days prior to the Bid Opening. Any interpretation of the Contract Documents will be made only by an addendum issued by the Owner. All addenda will be sent via email by the Owner to all bidders who have taken out plans at the address given by them before the date set for the opening of bids. Oral interpretations given to prospective bidders are not binding.
