Renovation of a municipal facility in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work to be carried out in this Contract includes but is not limited to the following: Interior - partition/millwork demolition, refinishing of walls, ceiling and floors, possible acoustic upgrades on 1st floor specific to the ceiling and walls, lighting updates, possible washroom fixture changes refinishing to bring up to new accessibility code, hanging of wall mounted items: accessories/artwork/TV & AV equipment, updates to accessibility standards throughout space, possible minimal exterior updates (painting entrance boards), camera installations and exit door updates, plumbing relocations, security updates, new doors, partitions, service window and millwork.
