Site work for a water / sewer project in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the following public works project at the California Exposition and State Fair (Cal Expo). WELLS 2 & 3 REHAB CALIFORNIA EXPOSITION AND STATE FAIR PROJECT XPO-22-069 CCA is soliciting cost proposals on behalf of Cal Expo to rehabilitate 2 wells. The Bidder is required to possess a California Contractors C-57 License, that is active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and remain so throughout the duration of Contract. The project will consist of labor, equipment and materials to implement Wells 2 & 3 Rehab project at the California Exposition & State Fair (Fair) located at 1600 Exposition Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95815. Two of the Fairs water wells need to be rehabbed o The project scope of work is presented below: o Pull the motor, pump column and turbine. o Video and inspect the well casing o Clean and brush the casing if necessary o Inspect the pump shaft and replace the spider bearings o Replace motor bearings and rebuild the motor. o Inspect turbine for wear and rebuild if necessary o Pump debris from bottom of well if necessary o Reinstall motor, pump column and turbine o Flush well and get a clean bacteria test o Reconnect well to system Note: The wells will need to be done sequentially so that they are not both out of service at the same time
