The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, roadway restoration, milling and overlay, installation of bituminous curbing, underdrain, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the about of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, plainly marked on the outside "2023 Archbald Borough Streets Paving Project" and mailed or delivered to Archbald Borough b fore the hour and date specified above. All Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor for work associated with this contract. PA Prevailing wages will apply to this contract. The check for the bidding documents should be made payable to Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. The documents may be sent via Fed-Ex, upon request, with a supplied Fed-Ex account number or an additional non-refundable charge in the amount of $50.00. Archbald Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of ninety days.
