Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brockton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a road / highway.
Project consists of: supplying and installing interior and exterior surveillance cameras, aluminum poles, trenching, conduit, and related equipment at Hillside Village and Roosevelt Heights. Contractor Qualification - DCAMM Certificate As actual damages for any delay in completion are impossible to determine, the Contractor and his sureties shall be liable and shall pay to the Brockton HousingAuthority the sum of $200.00 fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed and accepted.
