The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (MKAA) is accepting proposals for the Technology Modernization Audio-Visual and Public Address Upgrades project at McGhee Tyson Airport. The scope of work includes upgrading a core segment of the Audio-Visual and Public Address Systems. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Project Documents. Title VI Solicitation Notice The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The MKAA reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid that is deemed to be more advantageous to the MKAA.
