WVSA purchased a new bar screen and fiberglass enclosure to replace the existing ones at the WVSA Headworks after 22 years of service. The contractor will be required to site clear the existing bar screen, fiberglass enclosure and all components associated with each and dispose of them. Then install a new bar screen and fiberglass enclosure and all components associated with each per the scope of work. All work is to be performed in accordance with WVSA Project Drawings and Specifications. The project will include but not limited to, demolition work, procurement of fabrications, purchased parts, hardware and electrical components. As well as installation of the new bar screen, fiberglass enclosure, electrical components, conduits and wire, fabrications, and other purchased parts. Minor concrete repair work is also required. All labor, tools, equipment and consumables for the project shall be provided by the contractor. As well as the procurement of fabrications, purchased parts, hardware and electrical components. The new bar screen and fiberglass enclosure with their components shall be provided by WVSA. WVSA will also provide engineering support, operations support, quality control and construction management. WVSA Electrical Department is responsible for all electrical construction management, quality control, electrical lockouts and final electrical connections. Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, and to waive any informalities, defects or irregularities, or any part or parts thereof The successful contractor will have sixty (60) days to complete the entire project after receipt of the Notice to Proceed from WVSA.
