Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Yates, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Located at 9 existing sewage lift stations and 2 existing water booster stations on the Standing Rock Reservation, North and South Dakota. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct/install 11 standby generator sets with concrete pads, 11 propane tanks with concrete pads and piping, 528 linear feet of chain link fence, 10 12-foot double swing gates, site work to connect new fencing to existing fences, site electrical service, and all other incidentals required to complete the work as specified. The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will accept bids from qualified contractors for the installation of generators at existing sewage lift stations and water booster stations on the Standing Rock Reservation, North and South Dakota. In the evaluation of the bids, the Owner may, within funding limitations, give preference up to the amount of 5% above the lowest total bid, to qualified Indian owned firms. The qualified Indian owned firms must register with the local TERO Office prior to the bid opening. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to get familiarized with the project and the requirements of the TERO Department for the completion of compliance plans to work on the Standing Rock Reservation. Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this work. Failure to visit the Site and obtain a general feeling for the location of the described work will not relieve the Contractor from the requirement to furnish all materials and perform all jobs necessary to complete the Work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents.
