The contractor will remove the existing asphalt, repair the base AS NEEDED ONLY, repave, and add two (2) coats of color and line striping. The courts are enclosed with a 10' high fence. The owner will remove the fence, poles, and poles
foundations.
The owner will re-install the fence. Separate fencing contractors will be hired.
The contractor will be required to enclose the work area in temporary construction fencing that will
remain through curing times.
The contractor will be responsible for protecting all trees on site per City tree protection standards.
The contractor is responsible for site security and the security of their equipment.
The contractor will prep the existing surface.
The contractor will ensure ADA accessible route from the parking lot to court.
The contractor will extend court by 2' on the end, including approx. 260 SF base, asphalt, and court
surfacing.
The contractor will be responsible for transitions to existing walkways along the open edge of the court.
The contractor will re-use and reinstall existing nets (TBD)
