All fixtures or bulbs shall be LED. o Insulation to meet Energy Star home specifications. o 30 Year architectural shingles, or approved equivalent. o Rain gutters and Downspouts to be coil-coated aluminum, 0.040-inch thick at gutters and 0.024-inch thick at downspouts.
