The GROVELAND HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Exterior Door & Intercom Replacement in Groveland, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ANDREW M. BROCKWAY & ASSOCIATES. At four apartment buildings on one site, the removal and replacement of existing exterior doors; removal and replacement of existing intercom/video system; new access control system. General Bid Deadline 2/3/23 Time 12:00 P.M. The Project consists of but not limited to: Removal and replacement of exterior doors; removal and replacement of intercom system; new access control system. This project is a Federal Project and thus the successful bidder must comply with Federal Regulations 24 CFR Part 85.36 and the Davis-Bacon Act - Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are attached herein. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be forwarded to andy@brockwayarch.com by 01/26/2023 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Doors and Windows, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the GROVELAND HOUSING AUTHORITY.
